Thank you for both your positive and constructive feedback, all of which will be passed onto the relevant team members.
There are indeed areas of our leisure center that are not in line with the rest of the property, but the necessary work has been planned in order all is at four star standards.

We visited the Carlton Atlantic Coast Hotel in Westport in early November. The price @ 99euro for 3 days b&b and one excellent evening dinner was amazing. The hotel is in the most beautiful location on ...
the shores of Clew Bay, under the watchful eye of Croagh Patrick. The quayside offers interesting walks, a stone's throw from the hotel. The staff were welcoming and friendly, meeting our every need. The leisure area, with pool, sauna and steam room offered us the indoor activity we needed in November. The C Spa was not to be missed, with Rachel's calm, soothing and extremely professional approach, which both my husband and I thoroughly enjoyed, and hard-to-beat mid-week packages. It's easily known she served her time on luxury cruise ships with her naturally talented approach. The award-winning breakfast deserved its accolade, and the evening meal had lots to choose from, including local treats. The quayside offers a choice of other restaurants. The town of Westport was easily accessible from the hotel by an excellent reliable taxi service, while also within walking distance. Here the local pubs offered lively music sessions, even mid-week, and plenty of craic free gratis. We had a mid-week break to remember and hopefully to repeat sometime soon into the future. I would highly recomend this hotel. ---

Stayed Friday and Saturday night in Atlantic Coast Hotel & C Spa in Westport. Read some mixed reviews on Tripadvisor about the hotel and was a little worried before leaving.
On arrival, easy to find the ...
hotel and good location. Stunning views outside. Room was clean, comfortable, warm, all that you'd expect from a 4 star hotel.
Reception staff were friendly and gave us advice on where to shop, eat, local sights etc. Most helpful.
Bar had live musician in the evenings. Great way to start the night before heading out into the town.
Will most certainly be returning to Westport in the new year! ---

We'd a lovely Weekend in this hotel. We checked in late and ordered delicious food with the room service. The rooms were spacious and beds were very comfortable. The bathrooms were clean and the power of the shower was fabulous. The leisure facilities were great and we thoroughly enjoyed our weekend and will be back!!!!

It was our honeymoon while we were there which I informed you of on our booking and my sister rang to tell you on the day we were arriving. It isn't that I expected a free room or anything but even just a congratulations from the receptionist would have been appreciated. Other than that we had no complaints and had a lovely time.

We generally pride ourselves on our attention to detail at all stages of guest interaction and why we did not pick up on a chance to further enhance your stay with us, is a cause for concern.

A thoroughly enjoyable stay at a hotel in a really pleasant location. We had the best dinner of our trip at your hotel, and fresh fruit salad was happily supplied as a desert when requested. Great!

No fault with hotel, staff were so friendly and kind made feel at home from arrival. Thought that the bedroom was fine nothing wrong with it perfectly clean loved the coffee/slippers real home comfort, would stay again lovely getaway.

embarrassed, the management, on the contrary, could not have been more helpful and sympathetic. I would very much recommend a stay at the Atlantic coast Hotel situated as it is in probably the most beautiful and unspoiled part of Ireland. ---
