Service in Restaurant very bad at breakfast, staff not organised. Standard of food very good, good location, leisure centre could do with being updated.

I have fully looked into breakfast service the morning you stayed with us and we did indeed have some operational issues on that particular morning.
I would also like to guarantee you that this is not the general level of breakfast service that we offer our guests.
All of your issues have been communicated to the necessary management and staff and collectively we are taking the required action and training to ensure we do not have a repeat performance.

We have recently worked hard to improve our restaurant food offering, but quite obviously this was not evident on your recent visit. I will be taking a closer look at the particular nights that you dined, to investigate were there any operational issues on that night.
