breakfast to start our day, then we had a sauna and a swim. We had a beautiful meal in the bistro. All the staff treated us brilliantly, we are hoping to go back with our girls in the summer. We will most definitely be choosing a Carlton Hotel whenever we get a chance to have a few day's away again. Thank you soooo much ---

received in a hotel anywhere. Manager was very pleasant and helpful , I would recommend this hotel to anyone. Thanks for a great stay and for putting us up with such short notice as we booked the hotel on the Sunday morning. ---

Great staff, but spa deal not what I expected |

I can't praise the staff and the location highly enough, it was superb. However I was quite disappointed with the spa "day", which was advertised as a 4hr package with a treatment time of 2.5hr plus a spa lunch. I was at the spa for a total of 1.5hr and there was no lunch.

I would like to take this opportunity to apologise for the substandard level of service standards that you experienced while recently using our C-Spa.
Our “Spa day offer” has proved very popular, but quite obviously it fell well short of its usual offerings on this occasion.
I am also concerned to learn that you did not receive the lunch inclusive with your package.
I have brought the above serious issues to the attention of the relevant team members and together we will be working hard to ensure we do not have any similar issues occurring.
In the meanwhile, I will be contacting you directly to gain some further insight.

As a returning guest I was so pleased to see the same level of quality , friendliness and excellent service I received on my previous visit, when I said my husband was celebrating his birthday, a birthday card and treats were awaiting us in our room. Excellent service , clean bright fresh room and what a view!! We will be back.

Set just above Westport with wonderful views from the dining room and bar to Croagh Patrick, Clare Island and the Bay. Perfect after a good day's walking. Great food and excellent 'a la carte' choices. We will definitely be back.

Excellent Hotel - My only suggestion to improve the existing high standard is to install a Bar Fridge in the room

A very enjoyable stay. Room very comfortable. Food in restaurant excellent, but I felt the menu was quite limited and a bit expensive. Staff extremely pleasant and helpful. I thought housekeeping of room was not quite up to the previous high standard on previous visit.

We have recently re-designed our restaurant menu in an effort to improve our food offering, but there are still some changes to be made before we arrive at our targeted standard of offering.
We generally pride ourselves on our high level of housekeeping and I personally will be looking into “where and why” we fell down on this particular occasion.
In the meantime, I hope the above issues will not deter you from revisiting in the near future, as we always enjoy welcoming back our return guests.

no hesitation in recommending the hotel to friends in the future. The only complaint I would have is the spa facilities were not at the same standard as the rest of the hotel - which is a shame. ---

This was our second visit to the Atlantic Carlton, and it was glorious! Our weekend was deliciously relaxing!The room was lovely, and spacious, the atmosphere welcoming and the staff most helpful! Thoroughly enjoyed the buffet breakfast, and the bar menu was scrumptious! The price was perhaps the best of all, and made the weekend all the more memorable!
