We stayed 3 nights and had such a lovely time. Staff both on reception and in the bar/restaurant were so helpful and friendly. So much to do there, with walking, cycling and hiking. Ideal location, this is our second time staying here and we'll be coming back again :-)

Stayed at the Atlantic Coast when attending a wedding. Best food I have ever had in a hotel. Room clean but no view - disappointing given the position of the hotel and I had booked well in advance. (will be specifically requesting room with view on next visit. Staff friendly and helpful. Would have stayed longer but I had a commitment.

We stayed in the Atlantic Coast Hotel for two nights over St Patricks weekend this year. We had not been away since last August so we were really looking forward to the break and boy did we enjoy it. ...
This hotel has a beautiful setting looking over clew bay. We are avid Fish eaters so the fishworks restaurant was a real treat. The hotel is literally only 5 mins drive to Croagh Patrick. The leisure facilities are fantastic & the room & breakfast gorgeous. We will be returning & have told all our friends to stay here in the future. ---

Excellent Hotel, staff fantastic. We found everyone very helpful and friendly. We have recommended this Hotel to all our friends and some have even taken our advice and stayed. We loved the pub food, extremely tasty and service very efficient. We will definitely be back very soon for another enjoyable stay. Many thanks

We stayed for our Son's Birthday and were very pleasantly surprised with the airy bright and spacious interconnecting rooms and at an affordable price. We go to Westport every year in January and we will ...
definitely be returning next year ! The only downside to the stay was the service at breakfast. We had almost finished our breakfast before the tea and coffee were served - although requested when we were shown to our table and had to ask several times for it before it was served. Its a small complaint and am sure it was a small oversight. ---

I recently stayed at the Atlantic coast hotel with a group of girlfriends for my hen party. The staff were absolutely wonderful so courteous and friendly. Our every need was attended to and I felt ...
totally at home. It was relaxing and comfortable. The bedrooms were immaculate and overall this hotel and its staff members were excellent. I will definitely be coming back perhaps with my new husband for a very quiet weekend. Thank you so much for making my hen night such a success. ---

Staff were excellent and the hotel was extremely clean. Location was beautiful and I was able to get a lovely walk before breakfast around the harbour area which cleared my mind and and set me up for my business appointments. I will certainly be staying again.

We stayed here at the beginning of December 2010 and thought that from start to finish the hotel offered excellent service and value for money. The staff in particular could not have been more helpful and friendly. Although the weather outside was cold, the welcome inside more than made up for it.

advertised with picture of stunning view was far from it. On looking out of the window the view was of the road - looking out onto the parked cars! If I strained to look out the window to the left I could just about glimpse some scenery. The chocolates on offer were a chocolate mint disc each. Not value for money and a million miles away from my expectation as sold via the internet spiel. Having said that the staff were friendly and efficient Room was clean and comfortable. The food and abience in the bar was excellent, along with the entertainment on two nights. I availed of the spa treatments on two consecutive days (massage) and that was the ultimate treat! Attention to detail needs to be reviewed - my name was wrong on several documents during my stay, and I asked for this to be corrected on departure - which was done on the system. However I have received correspondence since via mail and email and again my name is incorrect! Overall a stay in Westport is always pleasurable. But I would not pay additional monies again for a view of parked cars. ---

Firstly I would like to apologise for the shortcomings in service that you experienced while recently staying with us.
We generally pride ourselves on our attention to detail, but it is quite obvious from your very insightful feedback, that this was not the case for certain aspects of your stay.
I have addressed the above issue with the relevant management and staff and collectively we have taken the necessary corrective action to ensure we do not have a similar issue arising.
I am currently reviewing our "upgrade Charge" and the exact contents of the charge, to ensure that expectations are exceeded in relation to extra money paid.
I genuinely hope that the above serious issues will not discourage you from returning and should you be staying with us in the future, please ask for me directly when making the booking.

We had such a fantastic time. Have stayed once before so were pleased to visit again. The staff were very friendly and helpful, food excellent and the location perfect for our getaway.Recommended for a lovely break or just because you want to treat yourselves like we did.
