The Blue Wave at this luxury Westport hotel, is one of the finest restaurants in Westport. Given the hotel's location on the shores of Clew Bay, our award winning Head Chef Anthony Holland, chooses only the finest local fresh fish, meat & fresh produce for each evening's menu. Along with our table d'hote menu visible below, we also offer an Early Bird Special of €50 which includes a bottle of wine.
Each morning enjoy breakfast in the restaurant which has been nominated by Georgina Campbell's Guide for the best hotel breakfast in Ireland. We offer a continental breakfast for only €10 and a full Irish breakfast for €13.50.
