Anthony Holland
Anthony guides a team of nine through menus which reflect a dedication to fresh, locally sourced ingredients such as fish, game and the finest local vegetables. Fresh, exciting food at reasonable prices is his philosophy. The food at the Atlantic Coast Hotel is accompanied by an extensive wine list. This, combined with the friendly excellent service and hospitality provided by the hotel's service team adds up to a memorable dining experience.

The Blue Wave Restaurant at the Atlantic Coast has won a number of awards including; an AA rosette, and  3 RAC awards and CIE's Best Newcomer Award. Anthony's background of classic Irish cooking has blended happily with newer trends to produce dishes that show New Irish Cuisine at its best.
